Fractionated Morse Cipher uses a 26 letter key and converts a plaintext input to morse code. Next it converts this into fixed-length chunks of morse code, and then converts them back to ciphertext letters. In converting the plaintext to morse code it uses 'x's between characters and 'xx' between words
